Pudding is a delicious snacks food made from milk, eggs and sugar. Pudding is one of my favorite snacks food; It’s a nice option for vegetarian, and kids like a lot.
Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Eggs, Milk, Butter, Salt, Vanilla Essence,
The Process: Firstly, we need to make caramel sauce for pudding, so put few tables spoon sugar in a pot then add water on it and heat the pot until becomes coloured, and the sugar liquid become brown and thick.
Then pour the caramel into a cup or a small pudding making bowl.
After making the Caramel, we make mixture for the pudding, take few eggs and crack the eggs and put into a small bowl, beat the eggs with a balloon whisk but don’t create too much foam.
Then add sugar and milk in the pot and beat again nicely, so that no air bubble in it.
Then fill the caramel bowl /cup with the mixture and close the bowl or you can use foil paper on the top of the bowl or cup.
The place the cups or bowl in a pan with hot water you can use a towel to place cups at the bottom. Then keep steam the pudding bowls for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the cups from the cooking pan and keep in a cool place, you can keep in the fridge for a moment and then it’s now ready to serve.
