Homemade Masala Soya Chunks.

Here is the step by step guide to cook Masala Soya Chunks at home. It is simple, healthy and easy to cook when hunger strikes.

Step 1: The Preparation.

The ingredients of this dish are:

  1. one potato

  2. one onion

  3. two garlic

  4. one green chilly

  5. soaked soya chunks

  6. Spices (Cumin, Coriander Powder, Turmeric, Red Chilly, Salt)

  7. Butter

It is better to pre soak the soya chunks for 20 mins. It will make them soft and a bit large in size.

Step 2: The begining.

First add some oil in the pan, heat it a bit not much just a little bit. Then add cumin, garlic and green chilly into it. Fry it for a minute.

Step 3: No time to wait.

After frying for a minute add all other ingredients i.e. soya chunks, potato and onion into the pan. Mix it well.

Step 4: The Endgame.

Add Coriander Power, Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric,Salt, and butter, as per taste. Also add water in the pan. Evenly mix it all. Cover the pan and let it boil for few minutes. Dry off the water almost completely.

This is it. That’s how easy it is to cook Masala Soya Chunks. You can serve it either with Bread or Chapati or you can just directly eat it as your evening snack.
