1st round of Gyoza on Mar. 2020
Gyoza are fried dumplings with vegetable and meat ingredients in a flour wrapper. Our older son sometimes help us to make this.
It turned out to be that we, 5 of us made and fully ate roughly 100 Gyoza in the other day. It will be definitely increasing to 150 sooner or later.

餃子は小麦粉で作った皮に、野菜やお肉の具を包んで焼いたものです。時々、長男が作るのを手伝ってくれます。こないだは、家族5人で100個食べました。言うてるまに、150個作るんだろうなと。

What fillings that you like most? Do you made it regularly?
And five of you could eat a hundred gyoza? That’s amazing.

Your post makes me want to eat Gyoza right now
It’s so nice to make homemade Gyoza. What kind of meat that you use for this Gyoza filling?
We are quite similar. I also could eat a lot of Gyoza in a day. It’s so addicted!

@iorikun301 Thanks for your comment! Yes we do regularly make Gyoza with a few kinds of it, most is like a mix of ground meat, chinese chive and cabbage. A mix of cheese, ketchup, sausage etc are good for kids too.
