HomeMade Besan Laddu!

Here is my 3rd consecutive dish in last few days. Besan Laddu is a sweet dish usually made during festivals. A besan that is flour of chana dal (in English split chickpeas) is used. A mould is made up of the flour. Appropriate amount of sugar is put in it. When the dough is medium hot laddus are made directly with hand.

The laddus are good and eatable upto 1-2 months.

But when the laddus are fresh they are much better.

Thanks for that @Viranchi . Although optional, I do like the idea of adding cashews in the recipe.
