No @Wei929 this is made little salty and spicy. Not actually salty but a balance of it. Its been given the shape of doughnut but it isn’t a doughnut.

Yes @Wei929 it is usually made up by mixing “black lentil/urad dal with semolina/rava”. It is been used as snacks in Odisha and in different parts of India too. Adding semolina/rava make it crunchy. Someday I will share you with the recipe.
