Idli sambhar is a very popular dish of south india . It’s a pure veg dish which you can get across whole india at every other restaurant i guess . But here i am talking about home made idli sambhar which i guess my mother make best in the world .
Ever since i was a child she always used to make idli sambhar at the weekends.
But as i am living in another city it is not easy for me to get chance to meet my mother as she lives in different city which is 700 kms from where i live .
Few days ago she visited me after 3 months , I requested my mother to cook idli sambhar and here i am uploading some of the pictures of it that how nicely and lovely she cooked it again as usual .
