I have been trying to update this address for the past year. But for some reason, Google just couldn’t verify it. Please help

Please clarify: Are you trying to add it as an address only or as a place of interest = a pin on Google Maps?
As you proabably know private homes should not be added to Google Maps as pins.
In some areas it is not possible to add addresses.
If you care to share the location I might be able to spot what is going on.

I’m just trying to add it as an address, so delivery drivers etc can find it. It is a new build, and somehow one of our neighbors was able to set it, just not anyone else…

It might not be possible to add the address before a building outline shows up. This will happen after new satellite or arial photos are added.
Your GPS coordinates should be in this format : 41,8185569, -88,2067934. You can pick them up from Google Maps. The number of digits makes a difference.
Am I correct that your neighbor’s house has an outline on Google Maps?

My neighbor’s is just 3 houses down, and they don’t have a building outline either. Hopefully there will be a new satellite/arial photo of our buildings soon. I wonder how long that would take…

There is no public info on the plans for satellite pic updates.
