Interesting post @Nomad_Vishal . I felt you could tell us more about Holi and your post provided a great opportunity for this. For example, what is Holi Krishna? What is the story behind it?

I’m writing this story briefly. The Hindu festival of Holi is a colourful and vibrant celebration of the arrival of spring. It is a popular ancient Hindu festival, also known as the festival of spring, the festival of colours and the festival of love This festival signifies the triumph of good over evil.It is celebrated across India, Nepal, Bangladesh and among the Hindu diaspora around the world.Holi is about Lord Krishna’s love for Radha. Lord Krishna’s skin was dark blue because a demoness had tried to poison him when he was a baby, and Krishna was worried that Radha wouldn’t like him because of his appearance. His mother, Yashoda, playfully suggested that he smear some brightly coloured powder on Radha’s face. After Krishna did this later Radha fell in love with him.

Thanks for jumping in @BiplobKumerGope and I hope @Nomad_Vishal will read your comment and see how useful it would been to have added such words to his post to educate others that don’t know or appreciate the meaning behind such important and very interesting cultural and spiritual celebrations. We need to tell the story or meaning behind our photos and that way we will all better appreciate them.
