Everyone is welcome to join for a hangout among Local Guides in HK. Welcome to bring your own friends even they are not LGs yet. (Surely they will after the gathering.)
It is specially to celebrate that @TonyChu will be departing to San Francisco to attend ConnectLive 2018.
This laboratory-like spot has coffee down to a science with its own beans roasted in-house and multiple ways to use said ground beans from a traditional espresso machine to Chemex to siphon.

Local Guides say:
“Some of the best coffee you can find in Hong Kong. Lots of unique specialty coffees, be sure to try them out! Not cheap but well worth it.” -Local Guide Julian Rittmayer
Currently I like to drink gingseng coffee or cereals!
If you like a strong and strong taste then I recommend an Italian coffee “espresso” !
For tastes a bit 'lighter but always decided I would try a coffee from the Caribbean.
For tastes a little more fruity or florealy and anyway I would try a coffee from Africa!
Of course you have to get strength and taste them all without sugar: it’s the only way to enjoy the full taste of u coffee!
