I was delivered a summons for social media harassment and stalking by a property management company in Greenville SC.
In court today they brought up the fact that it was a Google business review and how much trouble it was to remove the factual post.
The judge said one post is enough and granted a protective order.
Everyone should probably be aware because the judge said he is sending this down the line and I may be arrested for it.
The review just described how the property management company dropped off a 30 Day non renewal of lease to tenants, etc.
I was told all negative reviews from other places might join suit.
I’m hiding out because the officer said “I’ll be seeing you again” on my way out today.
