History is distant past or as recent as a few minutes ago. How did this place come to be? Or, right before you got here. Are all stories. From birth till death I believe we like good stories. As a local guide, we get to give a snippet that invites others to enjoy not just our experience but create their own.
Draped in traditional Chinese dining attire from 1970, the menu holds true to the same. The elderly lady asked, “Why change something that works so good?” when I inquired. “Don’t fix what not broken.” She said walking off to get our tea.
