Historical village..Colmar..

It is a wonderful village where modernity and history intertwine in a very beautiful town with cute historical houses. The houses located between the water channels are also used as restaurants and pubs.

Even though it is a bit too much of a tourist road, you forget about the beauty of the houses while wandering around. Especially the colorful flowers on the side of the canal amaze you. There are taverns with special handmade wines under the houses. You should definitely not go here without trying the handmade conditions.

Hi @Gezendunyali

Colmar definitely looks like a cool place to visit.

A little tip to make your photo look great to everyone:

It seems you composed this post on a mobile device, due to which the photo appears much smaller when viewed on a larger screen like a desktop or laptop.
I suggest you check your post on a larger screen and edit the post, then change the settings of the inserted photo to ‘Larger’.
Here’s a post by @TravellerG that shows the steps using a mobile device.

Thanks @TusharSuradkar , I know the method you mentioned, but when I upload it like that, the image quality decreases. I don’t like it, so I don’t want to use this option. This is entirely my own choice.

Hi @Gezendunyali thank you for sharing this beautiful scenery. I agree with @TusharSuradkar It would be better if the photo could be full frame and in a central location. Thank for the advice and tutorial.

Hello @Gezendunyali

I really your clicks and would recommend photos in landscape mode. I am not a photo expert but that would be cool.

Maybe @TravellerG can help you with more tips.

Hello my dear friend, @Gezendunyali ,

I hope the overall atmosphere in Ukraine is better now?

And I hope you will permit me to give a feedback on your photos, please. What you are telling is right and fully understandable too.

But, kindly consider the following, which I believe will permit you for a ‘Larger’ photo with higher quality - this is what I do in most of the cases.

Usually the photo captured in mobiles will have good - above average - resolution; however, once we resize to bring it below 3 MB (for LG Connect to accept), the trouble happens - right?

There are at least 2 solutions to this:

1st:

The original photo when resized should have a minimum resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels - this can be achieved in most Editors - the storage size also will be less than 1 MB. These pictures will look great when viewed in mobiles & PCs.

If you still need any assistance, kindly let me know, please.

2nd:

Using HTML code to embed photos with original quality - if in case, you need this method, kindly tag me in, I shall respond.

These comments are in response of our Connect Moderator @TusharSuradkar - hope this will help you.

And the suggestion by our Google Product Expert @deepakjhic that these photos will look better in Landscape mode is right… Because, in landscape (mobile horizontally), the actual coverage of eyes-pleasing content will be higher. Also, human eyes are accustomed to view more in landscape than in portrait, by nature.

Thanks for the opportunity to present the details.

Hope you will reach out, if you need any assistance.

Thanks

Best regards
