Mt. Ulap is one of the favorite hiking destinations in the Province of Benguet, Philippines. One will be traversing forest of pine trees, grasslands and rock formations. At the summit, views of neighboring provinces of Pangasinan, La Union and even Mt. Arayat in Pampanga can be seen. Sometimes,depending on the weather, hikers can have the glimpse of sea of clouds while trekking. Ulap is a Filipino word meaning “cloud”.

I completely understand why Mount Ulap is your favorite destination for hiking, @witchblade72 . It looks so peaceful and beautiful. What’s the feeling that you get when looking at this marvelous view? If I ever make it to this place, I’ll probably want to stay there forever.

Traversing Mt. Ulap gave me such a wonderful feeling. If there will be another chance, I’ll be glad to go back and hike again.
