I am aware that hot-pot would be one of the most preferred dish for every family, as it is indeed surprising to know more about how it immersed as part of cuisine culture in Taiwan.

One would prefer more of a family owned business restaurant or a well established one when picking a restaurant for a hot pot event, it should be a wide variety.
