Hidden heaven among Anatolian mountains

I make my travel plans and I draw routes to destination places by using Google Maps. I like to visit places with high altitude. Beacuse exciment increases with altitude!

In Agusut 2018, I visited Yedigöller which are localed at 3200m (~10500 ft). There are 7 lakes which remain from ice age, after meltdown of glaciers.

This place is located at İspir/Erzurum/Turkey. https://goo.gl/maps/tL2X45SwZJkMuTvp7.

During driving to this place, I noticed that my cars engine performance is reduced beacuse of less air pressure.

The road was steep and bumpy but it definely worths. I imaged that thousands of years ago this place was frozen and totally coverd with glaciers

Also I bought delicious honey from villagers during return.

If you want to visit this place, I recommend you to make a plan including whole day.

Beacuse you will probably reach here from city center (Erzurum) approximately noon time. And if you want to walkdown to see the lakes, it will take about 3 hours.

I like to share experiment, exciment and adventure. So I made comment at Google Maps about how to reach this amazing place easily.
