I am a CDL Delivery Driver Trainer for Performance Foodservice. We deliver to food to restaurants, churches, day cares, nursing homes, hospitals, and hotels. I often need to use Google Maps to find a location for a delivery and at times the information is wrong or there is no information there, so I fix it or add it. I would like to see an added feature that allows the driver to select what type of vehicle they are driving, if it is a Semi Truck or an RV it would have height restricted areas and weight limit areas diverted around the obstacle.
My most popular post is for a local taco shop called King Jefe. It’s in the newly renovated downtown area of Florence South Carolina. When they opened we tried it out. The address needed to be adjusted, so I did that. Once inside I was blown away at how fun, and friendly everything was. We ordered our food and I was again amazed at how awesome everything looked and tasted. I took a ton of photos on my phone and posted away hoping to share the information with my community. I liked the place and I wanted it to succeed. They have! I get updates on the thousands of views my photos have gotten of this location, and I add to it from time to time to help spread the word of how a local place has done well and hopefully will be open for me to enjoy their tacos for along time to come.
