Hey! Is LocalGuide Profile may be affect by the inactive for the long time?

Recently,

I lost my phone due to the failure of the motherboard. After 6 months I bought a new phone in a while time. I am not able to open or connect to the local guide. so I was thinking that being inactive on Local Guide might affect my profile

What You all think please share your opinion on this.

What do you think @devtheguide Bcz he also lost his phone currently.

@danielmark611 No, you will be fine. As long as you’re not violating any rules, you will not lose your Local Guide profile.

Edit: I missed the part where you’re not able to log in. What message did you actually see when you try to login?

If you can not log in on Connect with your primary account it could be because you have been suspended.

Suspended local guides can find help in my tutorial called How to Get In and Out of Trouble as a Local Guide.

Remember:

  1. It might not be possible to get unsuspended
  2. It can be a lot of work cleaning up whatever mistakes were made
  3. You may need to use an incognito window/tab to view the posts in my tutorial.

Thanks for the comment but this is not a secondary account. I am his friend and i am helping him out in this situation to get the account safe.
