HIMACHAL, a word which needs no definition, explanation, or introduction.
A travel junkie or any mountain lover from India or abroad would most definitely know about this grand place. Almost the size of Scotland, India’s eighteenth largest state, Himachal Pradesh is home to lower, middle and trans or greater Himalayas.
The land attracts tourists in large numbers to the popular towns and cities like Manali, Shimla, Kaja, Dharamshala, Kasol to name a few. However, there are a few places quite remote, not connected well via roads or are way too far from the routes that they had remain hidden quite surprisingly from the the tourism map.
Being an ardent traveller and Himalaya lover I keep travelling extensively in the remotest part of Himachal Pradesh and come across various home-stays, pine cottages which although not getting lot of tourists but amazing places to be in on a vacation. Most of the owners of such places are not technology friendly hence I decided to dedicate my travels to find such stay places and put them on google maps so that they can get some extra visibility online and hence bookings.
I hope to continue this work in future as well while covering the depths of Himalayas around the globe.
