Lakhs of people in Mumbai ,India have breakfast from street vendors. There are a lot of street vendors who are not known to locals or outsiders

One such place is in Sion where this family gets up at 5am prepares yummy breakfast to serve 100’s of people

they have some yummy Poha, Upma ,Sheera , Sabudana wada

That man comes with 3 full Dabbas (Contsiners) and all is finshed by 10 am

His stall name is pritam and this is one such place where i would highly recommend to go

Being Local Guides, we are contributing in Google Maps. However, I can see Zero in the number of places you added in Google maps, so I am not sure to correctly understand your reply, and what is your meaning of “adding a place” in Google Maps

At the same time, a word of caution.
To start a roadside food stall in Mumbai, the following are the statutory requirements.

Hawkers licence through BMC. (Usually, the vendors display that prominently on the stall.)

Fssai licence to ensure the stipulated hygiene & safety,

In the absence of these, the vendors keep shifting their location whenever BMC starts a drive against encroachments.

Trust, you have observed availability of both before adding the place on Maps.
Nevertheless, we can support the vendors by guiding them to the appropriate authority.
