Help with missing reviews

I had 5 reviews showing. I submitted 3 reviews today, a 5 star, 2 star, and 1 star review. When I submitted those, for some reason two of my older 5 star reviews got deleted. Those 3 reviews are now not posted publicly and I can only see them when I’m logged in. And when I try to leave a review on anything it won’t post publicly either. I made sure everything followed guidelines. How do I get this fixed? Is there a timeframe for how long I have to wait until I can post reviews again? It won’t even allow me to post on my other gmail account.

Any answers will help as to how I can resolve this issue, I can’t find anything on Google that will help me and not having an answer is slightly frustrating. I’ve never had this issue before.

There is an ongoing known issue with the visibility of reviews of the users as the update on how Google moderates Google Maps reviews.

If you believe that you follow the Maps policies, you can fill out this form to ask for a revision.

Also, you told, “It won’t even allow me to post on my other Gmail account.”

Note that reviewing by multiple accounts on a POI is against the rules. Moreover, having more than one account in the Local Guides program is also something not allowed and may result in the suspension of all accounts.
