Regarding your issue, you can flag this place as a duplicate from the Google Maps listing you’ve shared. Simply click the “suggest an edit” and select “close or remove”. You can now select reason for removal and here you’ll choose “duplicate of another place” and select the place that you think is the original listing. For more information, please see this article.

You need to provide complete information like the place is duplicate of which another POI on Maps.
Further, the information like category etc must be matching.
Also, a local guide should make a fair attempt to do so by reporting through Maps.
You can suggest an edit or merge the two POIs to remove the duplicate.
If the edits are getting rejected repeatedly and the duplicate is causing a lot of trouble to the general public, then you are welcome to provide the details here on Connect.
