I received a comment on one of my Local Guide publications on Cocody University Hospital in Abidjan, from an Italian tourist.
From her country, this lady has had as much informations as possible with a photo, of an establishment located several thousand kilometers from her home.
This at the same time allowed me to understand, how the small action that I took by informing a place on Maps, had an impact of international scope!
