I don’t know if you’ve came across @PaulPavlinovich 's Photo Workshop, but he created a similar project to yours in terms of hosting a large number of meet-ups that have the same foundation, which in your case is to help small businesses by updating their information on Google Maps. He actually compiled all the RSVP posts in one thread, just like I did with your meet-ups and created an additional post where he explained in details the aim of the workshop. This is a very effective way to help the community better understand what is the aim of your initiative, why your are creating it, how they can follow it, and how they can be part to it, which I believe is your goal. Remember a good structure, like the one I mentioned, increases the navigability, point people to the relevant information, and help keep the conversation in one place.
