There’s a Resturant we’re helping trying to fix their Google My Business Listing. The business owner has already claimed the business, But can’t remember or access the email login. I’ve tried requesting access through the Google My Business dashboard but haven’t had any luck. Are there any other ways to claim the business on a new account?

I have been recommending the organisations and companies I have helped get on Google Maps to click on the “claim my business” link in order to sign up to the GMB programme but am also concerned that some of them may be a bit out of their depth.
Can a non-business owner who is a Local Guide join the Google My Business programme in order to help keep others informed ?
