Help Needed, Regardless of actual contributions status, I keep getting "You're all caught up"

I would like to start with how much the Google Local Guides is dear to my heart ,

But a couple of days ago, as I was ready to review some places from my last vacation, I suddenly started getting the “You’re all caught up” message in the “contribute” tab, no matter what I do ,I keep getting it ( I even got a maps notification to review one of the hotels , and when I followed the notification I encountered the “You’re all caught up” ).
last time I had this problem , the only thing that helped was moving to a new phone

this didn’t work for me :disappointed:
it is so frustrating, is there working solution?
