I can’t find my points and levels.I sent you my old ID with screenshot.I’m asking Google Moderator to look into the matter.And I want an answer on how to get my ID back.Thanks moderator.

You are contributing with two local guide accounts. This is strictly prohibited by the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions

I don’t know the terms in the new local guide. But will I get my 8 level complete ID back?

You are violating a lot of the guidelines with both of your accounts. Two examples:

You have reviewed a housing complex with one word: House. This is not helpful to Maps users.

You are uploading photos with recognizable faces. This is also against the guidelines.

Suspended local guides can find help in my tutorial called How to Get In and Out of Trouble as a Local Guide.

Remember:

  1. It might not be possible to get unsuspended
  2. It can be a lot of work cleaning up all your mistakes
  3. You may need to use an incognito window/tab to view the posts in my tutorial.

Well, you have received already a lot on helpful answer already, but I just want to add a couple of notes.

This account is not only violating a lot of rules, about reviews (have you seen that 25 of 30 are private already?), and photos, as mentioned by @MortenCopenhagen , but is also violating two of the most important points of the

This is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions :

  • Contributions to Google Maps must originate from a single Google account to count towards benefits and cannot be transferred between owned accounts
  • Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.” The account that you are using now is clearly represent your business, and cannot be used as a Local Guides account.

You ask if it is possible to have your account back. It could be, but it depends of you.

How to fix this issue:

  • Exit from the Local Guides Program with this account

  • Remove everything that is against the rules with your suspended account (one word reviews, copied reviews, selfies, redundant photos, stolen photos, duplicates, photos that are not clearly representing the businesses, and so on (just to give you an example)

  • Bookmark this link, and follow the instruction in there to know how to contact the Local Guides Team: Why was I removed from the Local Guides program?

    "If you think you may have been wrongfully removed from the program and your account hasn’t been reinstated for more than 10 days, don’t create a new account to post on Connect. (That’s against our program rules, too.)

    Instead, fill out the Appeal form, letting us know you’ve been removed. Be sure to provide us with your Google Maps profile URL so we can look into it. It can take up to three weeks to investigate banned accounts, so please be patient. Our team will reach out privately as soon as we have an update.

Close this account now. Having two accounts is against the program rules

Also remember that “I don’t know about the rules” is not a valid answer. You confirmed that you read the rules when you signed in for this program
