ERNEST T ,connect moderator said to me in a Help Desk post to came here to be supported to upload more photographs to Local Guides Connect.I touch what I did when I could upload photographs but recently it is not enough and my own photographs are not allowed to be uploaded here to connect.Please easy solution and tell me about that and why?
@IamJoseFelixAranda what is the issue? Can you elaborate more? Did you see any error messages while trying to upload to Connect?
I am trying now…sn I csn’tI can read select one image,in the top but it is not doing anything for minutes
@IamJoseFelixAranda Are you doing it from phone? Or desktop? Which browser are you using? Also how big is your image and what is the file type?
I do everything on phone,the same one when I joimed LGConnect in december 2021.I touch the rectangule here om the top I read select images on the top and a circle is in the center for minutes round and round …and that’s all.

Let me try to understand the issue:
- you write in Connect from mobile. To add a photo you click on the “add a photo” icon
- This action is opening a screen on your camera gallery. However in there you don’t see any photos. Instead you see a spinning circle, like if the page is trying to upload the images in that screen. Am I correct?
As you can see from my reply I am not able to replicate the issue with my phone.
So looks like there is an issue on your device. It can be an issue with the memory space, that can be full, or a glitch caused by cookies and cache, or an issue with your browser.
Can you try to clear cookies and cache and try again?
To help the team to check, can you also provide the following information:
- Model of your phone
- Operating system version (e.g. Android 13)
- Browser type and version, e.g Google Chrome version 117.0.5938.140

Yes you are correctThe endless circle in the center is the only thing for minutes.
But the my phone is working perfect everywhere,the only issue is here in Local Guides Connect photographs and I think it is meaninful,isn’t.it?

Which phone are you using?
Which browser are you using on your phone?
Can you try using a different browser and confirm if you’re getting the same result?
Why don’t we start from there.
I am allways using the Local Guides Connect app.Goggle is my only internet provider.My phone is Huawei,is it an issue?
@IamJoseFelixAranda In theory phone it shouldn’t matter if you’re using Huawei. There is no Local Guides Connect app. Are you talking about the web app? If yes, it must have come from a browser. Are you using Chrome browser? Also Google is not an internet provider…
So let’s try something different. Open a browser on your phone (let’s assume it’s Chrome browser), open an Incognito browser, go to https://www.localguidesconnect.com/ and login using your Local Guides account credentials. Now go back to this post, and try uploading a photo. Are you able to do it?

I just tried your way and nothing but the spinning circle again
Can you try going to Play Store on your phone, then search for Chrome browser, then see if there’s an update for the app? If there’s an update, go ahead and run the update and try uploading photos again.
If that still doesn’t work, do you have a different browser installed on your phone? If yes, try to do the same with with the new browser and see if you can upload photos. If you need a recommendation for browser, try Firefox - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.firefox
Also, can you confirm the size of the photo you’re trying to upload, and the size?
