Thanks for asking.

Banks have been a target for scammers for years hence Google Maps made it impossible to edit and add them. Only the banks them selves can add and edit such places including also ATMs.

You could reach out to the bank management and encourage them to update Google Maps.

I am responsible to add on behalf of my Bank. I tried for GMB but the verification code is not delivered from Google

You can find a ton of information on how to verify your ownership of the bank on the forum for business owners.

Here is the GBP help center and you find the GBP forum here.

There you will find help on alternative ways to claim pins, and keep in mind that others in your organization might already have claimed the bank on a cooperate level.

Look at other branches and check if the Claim this listing-link is still there or not.
