Hi Friends out there. My name is Joe and I live in Port Moresby, the capital of Papua New Guinea. I usually locate places in PNG on th emap and put the names to google map. I have succeeded for most places but when ever I try to name my own village on the map, I usually find out that its not recorded.
What could be the reason? I am yet to find out.

We local guides are not trusted to add villages to the map. Suggesting an edit is not the way to do it.
The best way is to use the Maps support forum.
Hit the Community tap at the top and make a post. You need to attach or link to official documentation supporting the change you are proposing.

Hii @JoeBee you cant add or change the village name.
You can fix the road name there
@JoeBee .u can put it by yourself and edit to the map.and fix it properly.
