There are no review add option. How can i add review and photos.
That place is probably not fully formed @simply_shabbir can you please share a link? In Map Maker days many contributions were only done as shapes without the underlying Maps data. This prevents the Local Guides functionality.

I concur with what @PaulPavlinovich already mentioned. Please give this POI a couple of day and write back with a link to the POI if you are still experiencing this issue.
