Oi @360_Premium , como vai? Por acaso você é dono ou conhece o dono da companhia? Se sim, o melhor a ser feito é que o dono reivindique a companhia para que faça as alterações na ficha do My Business.
Eu vou compartilhar com você um artigo que explica os processos de aprovação, mas em resumo o que eu posso te dizer é que vários fatores são levados em conta como geo localização, seu histórico de edições como local Guide e outros fatores. Se a edição não foi aprovada significa que o algoritmo do Google não foi capaz de validar essa informação. Via de regra, não é possível você solicitar essa confirmação por esse canal.

Please note that when you propose some type of edit, the request must be processed accordingly. Such change on the map must be verified by the system or by other Local Guides and takes time to be certified.
You can refer to @AlexandreCampbell answer for more information, as he posted the topic where you can check why your status is ‘‘not applied’’. I will also accept his answer as a solution, having in mind that it gives the answer to your question.
P.S.: I will move your post to How-tos section, used by Local Guides to express doubts and ask questions and I redacted your post so the number doesn’t appear publicly.

It helps to provide some photo evidence. Next time when you try to edit the phone number I suggest that you include a photo of a business card, an invoice or some other official document or promotional sign of the business that clearly shows the correct phone number.

This photo should be attached when you are offering the edit on Google Maps. This way it will be easier for the team to proceed with the request.
