So I was a Level 6 local guide as of email from the local guide on 7/3/2019. After all that I made an appeal to local guides regarding all this on 22/8/2021 and they told me they have removed all penalties against my account but I am still banned.
I raised the same issue on my Twitter handle tagging google maps. Now the funny part is google is asking me to somewhat commit the crime by saying to go any post and comment there. How can a person even do that if the account is banned and also they don’t want us to make a new account which will be against their policy?
The account which I am having an issue with is connected with email id-
According to the appeal made by me, the reply says that my account is good to go but I still am not able to access local guides neither on their website nor on the maps app.
I will also delete this account as soon as my issue is resolved because I went against the local guides policy of having multiple accounts but it was the only option I had and I am sorry for that in advance.
As shown in the screenshot on my original post I already had made an appeal to which Local guides said that my account is good to go and there are no penalties against it but still I am not able to access my Local guides account

I have seen this twice before. Obviously there must be reasons for suspension that the appeals form can not see. I suspect mixing commercial interests with those of being an independent local guide could be one of them. Bad behavior on Connect could be another reason.
I’m sorry I don’t know any solutions to your problem. If the Google moderators don’t step in and help or explain this I don’t think you can recover your old account and level.

It seems like Local Guides doesn’t even know the problem on my account.
We will look into it and we will contact you privately with instructions once we have an update. Also, as you know participating with a second account is against our rules and although we understand that you’ve created it only to reach out to us, we ask you to leave the program with it.

One suggestion, I did not receive any communication from Local Guides regarding the issue being solved I just today randomly tried logging in again and the account seemed to be working. I think there should be some communication between LG and the users regarding the status of the issue.
Also as promised I will go ahead and delete this account in a few hours since my issue is now resolved.
