If Steve did not share any contact information on his profile, then you can not contact him. Google cares to protect the privacy of all Local Guides.

Further, please be aware that you as a business owner signing up for the Local Guides Program is a violation of the terms you accepted when signing up.

According to the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions
Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program. So we should never mix commercial interests with those of being an independent/volunteer Local Guide.

I recommend you leave the Local Guides Progam.

Best regards

Hi @Tony86 ,

Thank you for your question. What @MortenCopenhagen shared is correct: you cannot contact a Local Guide personally unless they’ve shared their contact details.

Business owners can reply to customer reviews on Maps and edit their address in case they change location. You can find more helpful information in the Google Business Profile Help Center.

Please note that I’ve removed your email address and the screenshot of the Local Guide’s profile to protect everyone’s privacy. We don’t encourage community members to publicly share theirs or someone else’s personal information.

I’d also like to echo Morten’s message that participation in the Local Guides program is for individuals only. Participating as a business owner and promoting your business through a Local Guides account will result in removal.

Finally, I’ve changed the topic of your post from Photography to How-tos, as that’s where members ask questions and share feedback. To learn more about Connect, please check out this guide.

Thank you for your understanding.
