Hello @gyanjyoti_nath

Am sure we would all love a free trip from Google although some of us have busy work that wouldn’t permit us to go gallivanting.

Nevertheless,I don’t think this is part of the local guides program. As we have always said, contributing to the maps is voluntary and should be done at your own convenience.

Also bear in mind that you don’t need to travel outside India to contribute to the maps. Contributing in India is good enough.

Happy guiding

Cheers

This is interesting, @gyanjyoti_nath , especially as two days ago you posted in Maps a photo of the most famous statue of the United States , together with une of the most famous statue of India, and both are photos taken by drones. Funny, isn’t it?

So why Google should offer you a free trip outside India?

Because you write fake posts here and review in Maps with the help of an AI? Because you add beautiful photos downloaded from the web?

Well, I think that a big cleanup should be helpful, to show that you are a genuine person. Restarting from scratch may help you in the future, but try to show something different from what you are for sure will not give you any free trip.

Good luck

Dear @gyanjyoti_nath keep contributing original contents to the map (information and photos taken by you), who knows someday you may qualify for some free trip outside India.
In the time being, enjoy india and all it has to offer, be hard working and hopefully your fortunes will change.

Happy guiding.

Hello @gyanjyoti_nath bro that is very demanding which is not right and not gonna happen. Why you have to travel outside India. There are 28 states in India with varied culture, food and tons of places to visit. Why not travel within India and contribute to Google maps and also share it here at local guides connect. You don’t need to travel outside India to do that.

Keep Guiding!

Thanks @AnithaM

He removed the review of the Liberty Statue copy in Paris written with the help of the AI, where he was mentioning the landscape of New York :joy:

And he also removed the photo of the Liberty Statue in New York, so you will not be able to find it. For this reason only I will not share the screenshot.

But this is a good thing, because it means that he reads, even if doesn’t reply.

You know, when someone share here in Connect a so great expertise I always want to learn from him, so the first thing I do is to check the profile to see how the experience of a so great post is practically applied.

Sometimes this is an unforgettable experience, but in this case it is not.

Hi @MrFreez Hi @AnithaM

Thank you for your comments and friendly guidance.

I haven’t seen a more balanced and mature advice on Connect before, not even from seasoned moderators.

Very well-said and I couldn’t have phrased it better.

@gyanjyoti_nath - you clearly are new to this platform.

In this regard I would strongly recommend going through @SholaIB 's Welcome-to-Connect-Card that will give you a quick rundown of the forum.

It’s animated so it’s quite easy to read and understand. The card will guide you through what and how to use LG Connect.

My sincere advice would be to take some time and review your lines before posting.

Best wishes for the next posts.

Hope you earn a chance to travel to distant places outside India, but it is advisable to not ask it upfront on a public forum.

Desh ki bhi to socho, Bhai… Log kya kahenge…?
