Hello Good People,
I recently moved to a new apartment in Mlolongo and it’s been exciting to explore the neighbourhood and try to add new places and roads however my current dilemma is that Google does not support me adding new roads. What do I do?

@ahadilugo sorry for your experience. Have you try to edit another point? I think It could be a small area’s problem.
Currently adding road is not available in all regions. And I believe Mlolongo, Kenya, enditing road is also not available. So you cannot edit it until this opens in your regions.

@SaifIS thanks for the help. Quick follow up question though. Doesn’t Google have a way to allow local guides to make a request for them to start supporting a specific region? Also do you know their criteria to supporting specific regions and not supporting others and how one can make a request for their location to get support?

@ahadilugo I don’t think a request would make any difference as all local guides want this feature to be available in their regions. And I believe Google also want this to be available in all regions but for some reasons, it might have been a restriction to some regions only. The might be some criteria but they have never been shared publicly.
