I recently encountered an unfortunate predicament while making some changes to my newly created list using an Android device although originally created using an Apple device.
I created a list of area stores offering discounts to it’s patrons and due to the inability to access a number of Maps features specifically for lists, I used an Android device to accomplish my task (below is a screenshot of my list prior to the discrepancy):
While exploring available features, I noticed the ability to select a list “Theme”. I tried various themed photo options and upon deciding to stay with the original feature photo, I discovered an inability to revert back to my original photo. I attempted multiple times using an Android device and even went back to my iPhone in the hopes that perhaps some other options were available and was unsuccessful (below is a screenshot of my list currently):
I hope I am not in the position where my only option is to delete and recreate the list as I do not like the current featured photo selection — please help**.** @JackKilheffer
@CatC you mention "While exploring available features, I noticed the ability to select a list “Theme”. Can you share a screenshot of that? As this is something I have not seen yet (I also still do not have the new profile layout).
So, I can’t really comment on your question, but I can tell you that I have had to recreate lists a couple of times when I experimented with creating lists. My current approach therefore when making a list: write the place descriptions in a text editing app and then copy/paste them from there when compiling the list.
