My google LG passion grows as the days go by. Dear friends,and fellow Local guide I write to you all because I need help , I want to organize my first Local Guide MEETUP in Buea,Cameroon. But I don’t know how to go about it. I’m confused and have negative energy. Please guys tell me how you did yours and tips you use.
Hi @Lily_Asongfac good on you for starting to organise a meetup, you should also make a meetup entry here https://maps.google.com/localguides/meetup so that important details like location, time and date and a description of your proposed Meetup are known to everyone who might like to come along.

The important bit is to plan well and give yourself enough time to put together your meetup! Paul’s links are awesome and should definitely help get you going. I do have another link that I would like to recommend and that’s on filling out the meetup request form; you can find it here. Disclaimer: I wrote that post so I’m probably biased! But I do go back and refer to it myself because I don’t always remember all the details and that post helps. Hopefully it will help you too!
