Hello, I receive an invitation to Aply for Connect Live 2020 în Bay Area. To fill the form , I have to write a story about my most important experience as Local Guide, but I do not know to use Local Stories . Can I put that story on My blog an link to form?

Glad that you’ve received the invitation e-mail to apply to Connect Live 2020.
But as you could read here: Connect Live 2020 application guidelines , the requirement for the application is not just write a story about your most important experience as Local Guides. There are three of them: writing a Connect post, create 1-minute Youtube Video, and creating a List on Google Maps.
And I don’t think write the story on your blog and then send the link is the right way to apply to Connect Live 2020. You could read more detail on the link I’ve provide and on Help Desk section.
