Hello Nepal Gandruk to Chamrong Episode-2[ Palashinendlessdestinations]

.

#Everyone in a selfie moments before our journey from Gundruk, Hi, I am Mohammad Palash, a businessman by profession, I am addicted to travel. My destination this time was Annapurna Beige Camp.

After crossing a short distance from Gandruk, you will see the suspension of this bridge.,

Two ways to climb chamrang are Jhinu or Gandruk but if jhinu you have to climb a lot of stairs while trekking to Gandruk is more time but very beautiful so we don’t decide to go to chamrang by Gandruk

The trek from Ghandruk to Chomrong is a beautiful and relatively easy leg of the Annapurna Base Camp trek. It offers stunning mountain views, Gurung culture, and a chance to experience traditional Nepali life.

The trail from Ghandruk to Chomrong is well-maintained and easy to follow. The first part of the trek is a gradual descent through rhododendron forests, with occasional glimpses of the Annapurna mountains. You will then cross a suspension bridge over the Modi Khola River before making a final climb to Chomrong.

Small temples like this one can be found along the popular trekking routes of Nepal

I really enjoy such trails at the foot of high mountains that attract me very much

On the way to Nudulus, rest at a restaurant and have a light breakfast.

  • Some of the beauties of Gandruk to Chamrong trekking route are captured in pictures

The entire trek takes about 5-6 hours, depending on your pace. The total distance is about 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) with an elevation gain of about 480 meters (1,575 feet).

Here are some of the highlights of the Ghandruk to Chomrong trek:

Stunning mountain views: You will have some of the best views of the Annapurna mountains on this trek, including Machapuchhre (Fishtail Peak), Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli.
Gurung culture: The trail passes through several Gurung villages, where you can learn about their culture and way of life. The Gurungs are an indigenous people of Nepal who are known for their hospitality and bravery.
Traditional teahouses: There are several teahouses along the trail where you can stop for a rest and a meal. Teahouses are basic guesthouses run by local families. They offer simple but delicious food and comfortable beds.
Overall, the trek from Ghandruk to Chomrong is a great way to experience the beauty of the Annapurna region. It is a good choice for trekkers of all levels of experience.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind if you are planning to trek from Ghandruk to Chomrong:

The best time to do this trek is during the spring (March-May) or autumn (September-November) months. These months offer the best weather conditions for trekking.
You will need to obtain a Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) before you start your trek. You can purchase this permit at the ACAP checkpoint in Nayapul.
It is a good idea to hire a guide or porter if you are not familiar with the trail. A guide can help you navigate the trail and provide you with information about the local area.
Make sure to pack plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen for your trek. You will also need to bring warm clothes for the evenings, as the temperature can drop quite low at higher altitudes.
