I propose a meet up. The rituals at price plaza every second saturday of the month. For the next three months(starting May 2019) at 10 am. So that makes the next meet up on the 11th May.

I have proposed a meet up. Is there any way for me to know if this would be the first meet up in Trinidad.
Also I have no way of identifying myself to other guides I will print a local guide marker as a way of doing this. Are there any printable pages that I may use to get a good print.
Finally I want to know thoughts on how to incentivise other guides turning up. I noticed photos of guides with guide shirts etc. Were these made by these guides, were they perks or can google send me things like this to incentivise attendance at the meet up. e.g. free tshirt to the first 20 attendees
