Hi there @HoustonN welcome to the forum. This year has indeed been quite challenging for local guides to do most of the things we usually do, you’re right about that. But there is plenty more you can still do, for example work on the quality of the information already on Google Maps. Please check out the Local Guides Clean The Map project to get some inspiration of what you could do.
And in case you have not seen it yet: this post is the perfect starting point to explore Connect.
