Hello local guides,

My name is Bek and I’m Finance professional from Sydney Australia. I’m migrant and I lived in few countries since I left Uzbekistan in 2001.

In Australia Muslim community is real small, we make around 2% of total population. When I came to Sydney in 2004, it was quite difficult for me to find places of worship and to find Halal food, both to eat out and to take home. I’m really proud that Google Local guides now give me platform to share my knowledge and help others to navigate in the new place with ease.
