Also known as gol gappa or puchka, pani puri is a very popular street food in most parts of the country and every state has its own version of the dish. The name is enough to get your mouth watering. If you visit Maharashtra or specially mumbai(Bombay) u find very testy food named as ‘vada pav’

The Indian version of a burger, Vada Pav is the most popular street food from Maharashtra. It is one the most loved and cheap staple food item, consisting of fried potato called vada served in a bun called pav accompanied by red or green chutneys and fried green chillies.

ohoo yess…my fav. one dabeli if you visit gujarat and in gujarat specially kutch dist. you find very special item with lots of flavours.
This is traditionally sold on the streets of Gujarat and travelled across the streets of Mumbai, Pune and other cities of India. It is another version of vada pav made with a sweet and spicy potato mixture which is filled into a small burger bun and then topped with onion, pomegranate, garlic chutney and sev.
