My name is Roberto and I am from Madrid, another Local Guide. It is not my first post, since other years I already wrote here.
Even so, I will describe my interest in this beautiful project: Local Guide.
Like many of us here, I love traveling, food and meeting people. I am an open-minded person and always open to new experiences, with a lot of curiosity. I love collecting memories but also collaborating and this I can share my experiences with other people.
I love being able to upload photos of when I discover places, beautiful landscapes of my own country (Spain), even the places to go out and enjoy leisure in my own city.
I have uploaded from abandoned western cities like Body in California to western movie scenes like Almeria or Burgos (Sad Hill Cemetery from Clint Eastwood movie from The Good, the Bad and the Ugly movie). Or when traveling through Japan. Another great trip that you can share my experience online.
I also read the comments and opinions of other local groups. They are sincere, close, real, with no hidden interest. It's something that always appealed to me.
That is why I keep uploading my trips, photos of restaurants and others things every day. Whenever circumstances allow me (Now I'm in seclusion at home, coronavirus ...).
As every year I do not hesitate to participate in the annual Local Guide meeting to meet people who fascinate you the same as I do. I think it is very interesting ago that you cannot miss it.
I hope someday to meet many other Local Guide in the world.
