Helados de Don Mamino

Hola amigos!

Sabores recomendados: Almendras, Queso Helado, Chocolate Nevado y Limón :shaved_ice:

Comparto mi reseña: Don Mamino Review

Y una foto que espero les guste!

Abrazos,

Marco … de Perú!

It looks delicious @marcorp !

It’s slowly starting to become ice cream worthy whether here in Europe so I feel very tempted to go and buy one right now.

I hope the translation was right, but I have to ask you about the cheese ice cream. What is that like and can you recommend it?

@MortenSI oh sure I recommend almond ice cream, and well, lemon is always my favorite above all… maybe I´m old fashioned haha… what about you? what is your favorite flavor??

I’m always being told that I’m boring when it comes to ice cream @marcorp . I’m very simple and love a good vanilla and chocolate ice cream if it’s good quality.

I think one of my all time favorite flavors is actually liquorice, but I don’t think I share that with many people.

@MortenSI just like me my friend, just like me… old school!

Exactly @marcorp , no need for all those new fancy flavors. I’ll happily stick to the old ones.

I don’t suppose you have liquorice flavored ice cream there by any chance?

@MortenSI not there but I am pretty sure there are some spots that sell liquor cream… Now that I remember there is a spot at Cercado de Lima (downtown) that sells pisco ice cream. Pisco is our flag drink.

I wouldn’t mind liqour ice cream either @marcorp , but I was talking about liquorice as in the sweet and sometimes strong herbal flavor also used in cough syrup. In Denmark liquorice as a treat is as popular as chocolate.

I didn’t know that Pisco was your national drink but I’m very familiar with it. In fact a Pisco Sour was one of the first cocktails I ever learned how to make.
