Yes,

Yes, @AbdullahAM every year, but this year it was more compare to previous 4 to 5 years.

We pray to see such snow so that the country water level rais a bit as well it benifits agriculture

Unbelievable, we all know that Afghanistan is desert country. When I read “The Kite Runner” by Khaled Hosseini, I’m pretty shock that there’s snow in Afghanistan. I wish in the future I can experience snow in Kabul.
