Satluj is river of** Punjab**. That is started from Bhakhra Dam (Himahal Pradesh) and ends Pakistan. It is 1,450 km (900 miles) long. On this river lot of Projects are running like Power Project,Irrigation Project, etc
On 18 Augest 2019 four Floods gates opened of Bhakha Dam that why water came into houses, Villages, Fields. In all area where we can see with eyes all sides water-Water only Water More than 300 villages, were badly affected in floods by the Satluj river, damaging crops in thousands of acres and forcing thousands of villagers to spend nights on rooftops.
Must be a horrible situation for the people living in the affected area. The forces of nature is something we, as humans, will never be able to fully control.

its very sad to see those images , even today technology age were unable to predict floods and protect or villages and town from this disaster .
i hope there is no or very less loss of human life .
we are very thanks to local guided like who keep updating community.
kindly do share the latest images of the same place ,i want to see what is the situation on present date .please also update the location . i believe Punjab as state is very large and whole Punjab is not effected with floods .
and my family also affected … We are facing lots of damage
