The first image is of chattamari which is like a pizza but there is no cheese on it. The base is of rice dough and the toppings is buffalo minced meat.
The second one is typical local sausages fried in mustard oil.
The third one is waa: lentil bread fried in oil then buff minced meat added on top

I would like to know what is in the dumplings, and what kind of sauce is on the side. How do you make them? The Newa cuisine looks very colorful and interesting for me. Are these dishes spicy?
The dumpling contain minced buffalo meat inside which is garnished with meat masala, cardamom, cloves, tomato, onions, garlic and ginger.
The sauce is made up of tomatoes which are half fried then grinned with spices.
Yes the dishes are spicy but it worth to have a go
