but In this post I’m not giving information , I’m trying to question about possible ways to eat healthy food for an affordable price , life here in LA is expensive and opening the door for restaurants meals will cut the budget of many people like me while I’m in need to.
What are your recommendations or suggestions?

Hop into Maps and type in “healthy food near me” and you’ll see something like this https://www.google.com/maps/search/healthy+food+near+Los+Angeles,+CA,+USA/@34.0212335,-118.6919082,10z/data=!3m1!4b1 then scroll down and look for the combination of a place with good ratings, interesting foods and most importantly for your budget only one “$” symbol next to the name. That indicates an affordable place.
