Health is real Wealth . It’s our responsibility how to
keep our health in sound condition.
There are several options for, but most important is our food style.
Our day should start with an Apple . It doesn’t mean that other days time is not good for fruits.
It is just an illustration for our eating behaviour. Coming to an Apple ,as it’s full of nutritious values that helps our body in several ways.
I am not presenting here moral lesson as I adhere and using it on daily basis.
